We’re in year two as “Ohio’s Natural Wine Distributor,” and it’s time to grow. We have a presence in every metro area and the interest in natural wine is growing quickly. We need a team to handle burgeoning demand and build a modern distribution company that can evolve with a changing food and beverage landscape.

 

SALES LEAD - SW Ohio

Looking for a lead salesperson for the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky metros.

Status: Open to part time, full time, or contract-based roles to start

Comp: Combination salary and commission commensurate to experience. We peg to 70th percentile of market rates.

Culture: You’ll have the autonomy to build an entire metro area from near scratch, and enter at the ground floor of an ambitious beverage company.

Who you are:

  • Entrepreneurial—you’ll be the owner for your metro, and you’ll need to hungrily build upon the account base currently in place. You’ll be asked to more than double the current account base

  • Systematic—You’ll have to create a system for operating in your metro, and set up Voyager to grow for the long term

  • Empathetic—Sales is about empathy and being able to solve problems for a diverse group of people

Ops Associate - warehouse and Delivery

Looking for an operations professional to support our growing sales operation with warehouse organization and delivery driving to all metros—Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati

Status: Open to part time, full time, or contract-based roles to start

Comp: Hourly rate or salary pegged to 90th percentile of market rates. I’d be open to making you the highest paid delivery driver in Ohio. Let’s talk.

Culture: You’d be the first non-sales hire, and have the autonomy to build warehouse ops, create your routes, and design a schedule. You’d be treated as a support function for the sales team, and play a critical role in the growth of a small company. There will be opportunities for growth and advancement as the company develops

Who you are:

  • Systematic—You crave order from chaos, and you’ll be asked to build a system for organizing a warehouse and executing deliveries

  • Reliable—We make deliveries every week, and transporting product is the crux of the whole matter. Accounts need to know wine can be delivered when they need it

  • Ambitious—As the company grows, the operational problem set will only build, and you’ll have the opportunity to create systems and even hire a team
